Regenerating accounting balances 

We recommend running the regeneration process when the final customer or supplier has been processed. 

 

For larger clients with many transactions and years of historical data, regeneration may take a long time. It may therefore be advisable to run the routine outside normal working hours. Unless financial reporting is required, there is no urgency in running this process.
